Why would you want to buy a stock that is about to be delisted. No financials for years and the SEC has new rules regarding non reporters. This is the last year tickers will be allowed to trade if they are not reporting their financials. Remo has no intention of providing financials after almost three years with none. Even the MMS are not playing this one anymore.
