A casual observer knows that GRST has diluted over the past year. That fact does not mean GRST is diluting today. What has GRST accomplished by diluting? GRST has reduced debt and used the money to acquire a greater percentage of ARIA, which means more revenue. The money from dilution has not simply been used to keep afloat. The dilution will result in higher profits.

What makes me cringe are noobs that cry about a company issuing shares in the OTC pink during capital raising stages for debt and expansion.
