If I held stock, I would have sold after the suspension was lifted and it was on the Grey / Expert Market.

If I missed that opportunity, I would still sell for the tax loss. Once the company goes bankrupt or the ticker is delisted, it becomes a lot harder to claim a loss.

I have no advice or opinion concerning buying or selling ARYC. Some like outlandish risk. We all did hoping for a few flips along the way.
