If NSAV's share price was $.25, they wouldn't need to peddle the last 80M shares. It won't get there without making profit. And if you have profit, you don't need to SELL shares, you should be BUYING shares to reduce the OS.
The offering is because they need cash now. If they 'wait' for $.25, it may never happen.

Serpico, I believe SBC has a bit more experience in these matters than you. They have 150 employees, some of whom only do these things. What they are doing is called "strategic planning". It is long range planning. To get their shares approved to use in future deals, they had to list them at a rock bottom current price, not the price they will be ultimately sold for. SBC and JT want $20 mil for them and they will get it when all the fruit on NSAV's tree ripens. It is currently springtime for NSAV and the fruit is only little flowers on the trees. The bees will polinate them and in 3-4 months they will bear ripe fruit. Don't sell the tree today because there is no ripe fruit. You have to wait, then you will have truckloads.
