I know - epic move by CEO & RB Cap Partners. It changed my perspective regarding $PCTL - I’ve never held an OTC stock that has in any way ever reduced the overhang - unheard of. Any day we’re gonna see great big meaty inside holdings filings and the floats gonna be locked around 250mll imo. No way we have this caliber of distributors hip and now major holder needing to report- imo
