Also, the PPS has been plunging on low volume. Again, that is indicative of no buying interest.

This NEO IPO is a joke. Anybody can trade the deal on the OTC today. And yet, there is no buying. If they do list and have an IPO (not the same thing), the IPO market is clearly not excited.
