September 28th is a compliance date if a ticker is not pink current by that date then they will no longer be quoted. The June 21st or so date is the date a company should submit its filings to the SEC or finra so they are submitted on time to be in compliance. This June 21st or so date is due to the fact filing reviews have been delayed 6 to 12 weeks due to covid.
