I’m sure he was extremely frustrated with that disaster and the stock tanking only made it worse.

He kept the 'Flagship blows up; pipes freeze' bit of information a secret for 6 months, even delaying financial statements so that he wouldn't have to disclose the event.

It was during that time the stock price tanked. I guess those that were in the inner circle were able to dump their shares before the news became publicly known.

Where I live, that's called financial fraud.
