Good points. I do believe the 8k filing, which doesn't define "economic value," would take priority over any previous filings/updates - my opinion.

I think you raise a good point, what is the value of approval not knowing the economic value of such for SNPW.

What has surprised me is the market price staying in its recent range - I would think there would be more speculative buying if it was believed the Medi would be approved. Is it possible the market is waiting for further clarification?

Agree, defining “economic interest” would seem to be a key piece of information. Surprised this wasn’t disclosed in the 8k - key piece of the puzzle.
