Great news for CEO not to be considered a shell now. For those issued share in past may have difficultly getting legal opinions. NONETHELESS new investors after R/S or authorized increase wont have that concern.

filings, we believe that the Issuer is not currently deemed a “shell company” as defined by Rule 405 of the Securities Act of 1933 but was a “shell company” in the past per the same definition.
