It may depend upon whether you are an Ameritrade APEX customer or not. My understanding is that these charges are waved for APEX.

I don't mess around with email. I want to talk to someone the phone so that I know something can be done about it.

I actually tried last week to get the direct line to the re-org department, but they wouldn't give it to me. It would be a nice thing to have though.
