I respect what you are saying but have you ever noticed that things look more obvious after the fact? If you are a golfer. Look at the green after you made your putt. You can see the break in the green that you couldn't see before the putt.
Do you tell all your employees what all your business plans are for the future? I am a business owner too yet I only tell my key employees what my plans are for my business. And even with them, there will be things left out from their ears. There is obvious reasons that we keep that to ourselves.
Just like UBQU stock, I can see construction and businesses going up all around my business, but I don't need to wait until they start buying from me to know I will be getting more sales soon.
