Agreed as long as there are no more edits I'm thinking Friday Close or Monday Pre which would be off the hook next week with the 8Ks coming

SFIO filed an amended attorney letter and two amended annual reports on 5/10, and the CE was removed on 5/12. If that's anything to go by, HIRU filed the amended quarterly on 6/7 and today is 6/9....we could see the CE dropped tonight

Definitely not saying it WILL get dropped, and not trying to get anyone's hopes up. Just sayin' that's how it went with SFIO, which is one of the most recent CE drops so it's a good precedent to use.
