#26377 RE: biotech48 #26376

Sir (if you are a sir), I am long and own significantly more shares than today's volume so far. I can't get out of this easily. I am a realist who will point out the good and the bad. Why am I angry? Ready? It took a year, a year we were told "Discussions are great" to submit a plan to FDA for blood thinner removal. Silly me, an executive all my life, I assumed (yes, very bad when it comes to these idiots) that during all those talks they hammered out the details. Recall, the shareholder letter was delayed and it sure as hell was dangled that they were just trying to clarify a couple of things. The stock went up on those rumors, remember? I do. They submit the plan which has 30 days for FDA to respond apparently. Not only don't they approve, they say we have 45 days to reply and remedy whatever their issues were after the 30 days which was after the year of great talks (I'm not making it up, we were told these things). Now, apparently the company responded during the now expired 45 days (some said that was June3?) and awaits yet another answer from the FDA. Will another extension be needed or have we satisfied them? Did all of the discussions shorten the needed trial time? I hope so because I AM LONG. The CEO went on TV during the pandemic outbreak and committed the single biggest unforced error possible in the interview. The only reason TV wanted to speak to the good doctor last March was to hear how we treat COVID, and he fumbled. Sh@t the bed. And, at that same time, while we're all being told the plant is going 24/7 and can produce $80 million a year, we lost $3 million in backlog orders because we couldn't make them fast enough. Have you seen a $20 million quarter? Me either. I didn't make up that number. You heard it, we heard it. And then, we promote the guy to president #2 who was responsible. Were we afraid he'd leave? Buh bye Felicia and don't let the door hit you in the ass. No sir, I will be glass half full when it is warranted and half empty likewise. I am terrified that, if we get an answer from FDA soon, and the trial is lengthy, we are all screwed. What will we hang our hat on then? People disagree with my "sell the company" position. That's fine. I welcome all opinions. I do not see the capability of this group to take it to the end. I hope I'm wrong because I"M LONG
