The trustee seems a little in over his head selling off everything in the liquidation, but he’s also been pretty good at finding monies owed to the company and filing to collect them. No matter what, though, this company is in Chapter 7 liquidation and is being shut down. Whatever he collects or gets from sales will be paid to the creditors. All that crap in the fake 8K’s and PR’s about the company continuing business was just the support fairy tale for a pump and dump and now the SEC is taking the steps to revoke the stock registration. That will happen absolutely, it is just a matter of time.
