Thank you for sharing!

TEMPTATION is a much larger subject than I ever imagined, but, a subject that each christian needs to really give serious thought to----not personal opinion, but God given thought---to ignore it could be giving into temptation.

Temptation is sooooooooooooooo important in our lives.

Why?

It is part of our salvation.

People say how do I know I been saved for sure.

Well ........... part of that process is with TEMPTATION!

Repentance.

Side story in regards to my own ..............

Like I stated of lust being an example in other posts.

I asked this wonderful woman who use to write devotionals many years ago before she went home about lust cause I was struggling with it.

She was a Woman full of WISDOM that I believe God gave her a special gift of understanding his word.

She said when you look at a Woman and think she is beautiful that is not lust.

Lust is when you think she is beautiful then your mind goes farther.

You all know what I'm saying here don't be acting all innocent. LOL!

So in that moment of looking you must call on the Lord if you deal with your mind taking you where you shouldn't be going for the Holy Spirit to help you IMMEDIATELY remove your thoughts from going in that direction or the consequences of committing adulatory in that moment is IMMEDIATE!!!

Now how does that tie in with your salvation?

If you KNOW you are sinning and each time or vast majority of time what ever that sin is you just allow it to happen you best pull your head out and ask yourself do you think you are saved? Really?

If saved the Holy Spirit will be there at the time of sin but it is up to YOU, yes YOU, to listen to the Holy Spirit and obey by TURNING from your sinful ways.

Does that mean next week if you fall into whatever sin that was you aren't saved? No!

We going to win and lose but bottom line is we are turning from our sin it's not enough to get your ticket punched to Heaven you must be in the process of repentance to get there.

You must love Jesus enough to want to be Christlike so naturally that sin bothers you.

Temptation is the seed of sin!

Every day its a battle I know and if you are honest we ALL know!

as a Christian brother of sister you are called to speak up----not to judge but to discuss.

Bingo!

If we agree with everything everyone says what does that say about us?

We not only are a ship without a rudder on the high seas we are ..............

Baaaaaaaaaaaaa Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
