looks like NEO forgot to mention a slight difference between the two ---

if $VYGVF hit $30 then $VMNT got a good chance given that the float is 26,732,000 and an O/S of 69M compared to $VYGVF float 77,529,315 and an O/S of 156,332,132

which helps to understand the disparity in pricing:
