I believe it came from the Schena documents

In one of the motions Schena's council mention out of an abundance of caution they were doing no work in the Medicare space. You will have to go to Pacer to grab the motion.

That coupled with the fact that the lab is now defunct there should be no funds coming from Medicare.

I guess it could be said there's claims still sitting out there waiting to be paid, but given the current climate of the fraud trial it would be sheer stupidity to try and collect on those claims for fear of it being used against him at trial.
