Looks like there is an update with the SEC case against Berman, anybody have pacer?

I bought it on PACER, so the new Court document is available via Court Listener.

The finding is associated with the SEC's civil case against Berman AND DECN and is specific to the Government's appeal to limit Discovery, due to the similarities of Berman's criminal case. The Court found in favor of the Government. Discovery will be limited until the criminal case has been resolved.

The SEC litigation is paused pending the outcome of the criminal indictments. This is so that discovery of the civil case won't be prejudicial to the criminal indictment. Its fairly standard in this type of situation where criminal and civil actions are running side by side.
In the interests of justice, the criminal case takes precedence and the civil case gets resolved only AFTER the criminal case has been decided.
