Restricted shares mean - they are restricted. If you really cared about your argument then you would have put up a schedule and shown how big that restricted position is so I could blow holes through your argument because if you did you would see some holders like Ingo Juct have 42.5 million or 8.5% of the company and would be considered an affiliates and would be unable to sell large amounts of shares.

So I hope all can see that this myth of restricted shares is BUSTED!
