Most companies, even on the OTC, at least appear to be running a business. I dont really think thats the bar you should be setting.
There has to be hope, at least a believable story, a partial truth that you can cling to.
Much of that was destroyed with the merger / acquisition of their
buddies company. That should have been a good thing, but so far, it looks like a very questionable $20 M payout.
"Earnings fell from $2.89 in 2020 to 11 cents per share for the same period in 2021" taken from another site.
The only business I clearly see this company doing is that of enriching themselves at stockholder expense.
I think most all of us share your disappointment.
"They are running a business! Share holders may not like the results but they are very clearly doing business.
I am very disappointed in the returns here as I think the 2000/1 RS was complete BS. This had the makings of a massive penny runner and they sold out weeks before the biggest penny market returns ever...."
