If the shareholders had a problem with it, it could have EASILY been voted against.

There is NO stigmatism about an RS, if done for the right reasons.

If shareholders don't like it? Then they shouldn't have voted FOR it.

A GIANT majority did.

My signal to sell all I have. Pick up after the R/S. But, that's just me, especially when I would lose more on the R/S.

Invested too much last year to lose !/2 or more.

But, that's just me. Have had dealings with R/S's in past and know from my own experiences, that I get out even at the mention of one with any company.
