Been holding from under $2. ADR indicating 3X higher compare to 19. Friday the Ashford will speak at the NAREIT conference and probably offer a view of recent bookings trends etc + he'll be speaking to many large funders. In my experience, usually, funder interest is pretty high if they notice a solid sustainable business direction.

Target is $20 for me
