The past few weeks have been a great buying opportunity. I now own 4x more Bitfarms than I did before Nasdaq approval.

Au contraire, monsieur Fisharoo.

I dare say I have logged more days invested here than you. And as for DTC approval, well yes it certainly does take time and that is precisely why it should be undertaken concurrently with the NAZ solicitation. Most companies will start trading a very short time after NASDAQ approval. But not Bitfarms. Not only did they screw-up, they tried to cover it up. During the call they only stated that they had been NASDAQ approved and it was not until the question was asked directly later during Q&A (When will Bitfarms begin trading on the NASDAQ?) when they came clean and said that they had just learned *AFTER* approval that they needed to seek DTC approval as well which they had to hire a 3rd party to undertake and which would take an additional 4 to 6 weeks.

Now to me, that seems like a major F**k-Up. One which should have at least been communicated to bag, er, shareholders.

I don't know about you but I hold the companies behind my investments accountable for their actions.

What this "oversight" indicates is that they did not perform their own DD well enough and as such have possibly cost their bag, ah, shareholders the benefits of trading on The NAZ for some weeks now.

Accusing a poster of "Whining and complaining" only serves to point out how little DD is being done by the accusers and a level of naivete. It's not as simple as buying shares of anything to do with cryptocurrency, sitting back, and waiting to become a Gazillionaire.

Bitfarms F**k*d-Up, big time, then tried to sweep it under the rug. I would hold them in much higher regard if they would have been totally transparent, admitted their mistake, apologized, and moved on. But no they compounded the F**k-Up by attempting to cover-up. A course of action that has become far to prevalent and far worse, acceptable these days.

Going on five weeks since NAZ approval and still in the OTC Swamp being played with by shorts and hedge funds like a gorilla with a beach ball while investors suck the gas pipe. Well played sir.

I will state once again. I do not force anyone to read my posts nor is anyone required or obliged to. There are two forms of action to take. Utilize your "Ignore" feature or simply don't read them. Otherwise? Well don't waste your posts responding. Rather attempt to contribute something meaningful.

If you wish to express your displeasure I would respectfully suggest you express your feeling by sending an appropriate message to investors@bitfarms.com
