Look at the price since the merger announcement. Then look at it since the reverse split. Maybe worth speculating on at $5 (5 cents pre-split), but a real butt kicking for all those who owned above $20 (20 cents pre-split) and a real embarrassment for anyone who was predicting $160 to $240 16 tp 24 cemts [pre-split).

Issuing $5 warrants is not a good thing.
