My parents bought the house I grew up in, in 1980, my father never misses a chance to remind me of his rate. Even though what is now worth 450-500 was purchased for 80......

Just chopped 7.5 years off my original 30 and moved to a 15 at 2.75, only bumped the monthly up by a couple hundred

So much more going to the principal....feels wonderful

I personally think the button saved us, I also believe in the Easter Bunny
