ALKN is a Florida Company. 53mm Float on a 333m O/S
I’d assume the control block is the 280mm in the O/S

Ben would not be looking at this if it was an unconverted debt pig.
He’s put out a good bit of effort too.
The update on 6/6 is troubling, but just shows it’s a good shell. A noncurrent shell.
Who ever gets it, I pray they have a path to get it current.
