Well that's a silly question. What serial scammer lying Roger Pawson PR's is ALL suspect. The WeShield financial statements would verify the claimed revenue. And by the way, Weshield would then be public if acquired by OPTI. So, what's the problem???
I suspect that those revenue claims are NOT true and therefore one cannot use them to make any sort of guess as to how much Weshield is actually worth. If the numbers are correct then OPTI cannot afford to buy WeShield. So there's that too.
