NNVC's accumulated deficit is around $120M, most of that having gone to Theracour for Diwan to take his 30% skim, giving him tens of millions of dollars in wealth.
It won't really make that much difference if Diwan expresses shame for having scammed folks with his "penicillin for viruses" lies over the past 16 years,
The obvious consequence is the low market cap and continued dilution.
NNVC continues to raise money on the possibility of future drug development success, just like many other developmental stage biotechs.
NNVC is certainly unique in a bad way in that they haven't even gotten an IND after all these years. Makes little sense why not based on what they have been saying.
