Please explain how that is a good sign? Isn't that dilution, and the main reason why the 1:1000 reverse split was done and why the share price has tanked from $30 to $5? Is the huge drop in share price also a good sign?

Considering the share price and tiny trading volume, it does not appear there are many other investors who share your "good sign" opinion. $30 down to $5 and less than 3,000 shares traded today - people have done the math.
