here's an example of a company uplisting...WDLF filed in 2018 for uplist, has filed last 3 years audited 10K on Edgar, latest one was March 31, 2021, but edgar isn't necessary for uplisting requirements, as long as Annual reports are audited, the 30 day period should start April 1, 2021 , No??? NO!!! otcmarkets denied WDLF uplist because on June 1st, 61 days after 4/1/21 the pps closed below a penny...otcmarkets started reviewing WDLF way after the 30 day period of 4/1/21 and created there own timeline from when the review began...to compare companies NSAV has YET to file AFs, which is major part of uplisting requirement, I don't think being over 1 cent matters today...

Before uplisting, there will need to be 3 years of audited fins. That costs money and takes time. Don't hold your breath on this one.
