BIG UPDATE!!!! Judge has granted the motion to be able to file the Motion to Dismiss.... this could have been denied very easily if there was no merit to the attorneys letter.... however, after the Judge read through the letter from Remo's attorney, she is now allowing the motion to be filed.....
