So it's perfectly legit (sarcasm) for them to hammer the stock price. I mean, look at all that oil they have found and how much our shareholder value has increased. They did it the old fashioned way, they earned it ...

And it's 1.2 Million shares to upper management so far.

To be honest, I have no idea if upper management is selling or not, but there are a lot of shares suddenly hitting the market in large chunks.

All you have to do is look at the number of shares that have been traded in the last week or two. The number is up significantly. Whoever is selling is making a short coverer's day.

Again, those are options not shares. They would have to exercise them at .59 (pay cash to Zion) then sell at .40. Not a very good move.
