Here is the only issue with that logic. You are correct. GDSI AND PARABELLUM agree with you and thought the brothers would cave in and settle. They didn't. Instead, they refused to participate in discovery and defaulted. So if you are right and I believe you are, what do we do with that logic. Extortion is not a good idea. Also, isn't fairly obvious the money went somewhere if the taxes weren't paid. So what exactly is the implied revelation.
