In other words, this will utimately dillute the piss out of our shares!

So this is the deal:

We put up our money,

Insiders draw a salary and get loads of shares for FREE,

Then with our investment as collateral, they buy another company
for $4 a share.

Insiders get more stock and earlier investors get dilluted shares.

In the mean time, insiders continue to sell off stock driving our investment down as they cash out.

They better get a grip soon on our share price or else the
PR flap will close these boys down.
