So your supposition is that MDT, while they valued 1/3 of this IP, don't value it enough that they wouldn't want others to have it? Or that intricate parts of the IP dont dovetail into the others?

Further you supposition is that they don't desire the remnant of IP even more so?

Is there any FACT basis that MDT won't pay 10x this price for the remaining IP? There isn't. So your spouting off about something that has little known bearing on any outcome.

It is a fact you have no clue about what is going to transpire in the next few months. Hope you're not short still much prefer you to make money with us instead of your odd agenda.

Again- let's see some evidence of your FACTs or of anything at all relating to how you formed your opinion.


Why would TMDI allow a board seat, no royalties to their IP, and spend time/money to co-develop new tech with MDT that would take away future marketshare for either party? Connect the dots.
