Going back up. Classic dip before the rip. Some bought up/in more before it moves higher.
Dips usually can be anticipated. When I like to add just before a major catalyst comes out.

Now PCTL is expanding into Oil & Gas, Agriculture, and Food Services industries. Bring it.
Noted and wrong about PCTL. Lots of shareholders care about the updates from their firm.
Maybe that "Nobody" is traders or flippers, but, like many here, I hold PCTL long & strong.
