It was never going to merge with BBRW in the first place. It was just a name and new company direction change. It's just under the same management.

BBRW = Brewbilt Manufacturing Inc.
SIML = Brewbilt Brewing Company (after name change)

FORM DEF 14C:

Approve the merger of Simlatus with and into BrewBilt Brewing Company, a newly formed Florida corporation (the “Reincorporation Merger”), which will change our domicile from Nevada to Florida;

If they are going to brew any bottle of beer remains to be seen. It might still end up the same as all previous business models: lots of promises, zero results.
