Seems when Cox arranges new SurgePays deals, the intent and plan may in fact be to have legal complaints later filed against SurgePays Inc., where SurgePays can continue to reward insiders. Remember the Winfrey's complaint against Surge Holdings, and SurgePays was then required to pay them 25,000 $SURG shares per month. Now Cox is paying their rent. lol!
