RMN - I agree that Jimmy and gang have a lot more to lose than most on this small Board. A few took it in the shorts not getting out when they should have as greed set in, a few invested on a goofy PR, a few used food money they shouldn’t have, and then a lot of bogus posters just trying to create havoc. Now near the end, with the SEC having an eye on SGMD, time to reveal what’s behind door #3 and report revenue results. Each of us has our own method in calculating future net worth of SGMD, but we need a baseline to start with. Each transaction has a dollar value associated with it, and what is ROI? In this market place SGMD entertains, anything less than a 20% NET revenue growth Q over Q is failure. You have to gain traction with one or more assets and demonstrate its current value vs expected value 1, 2, and 3 years down the road. It is all about capturing market share, what it costs to obtain a customer, % of return customers, and acquisition costs of goods sold. Personally I think SGMD should have focused on one core product line, become profitable, and establish itself as a leader in that business. Trying to be all things knowing that 90% of new businesses fail was neglect and short sighted from pure business point. Ignoring reality, I now take a look at the pieces of the puzzle that remain or have been acquired or merged. If cannibals delivery is profitable product line, NUG in LA area was smart move as would BudCars be in Sacramento area. Buy controlling interest of BudCars and take Walker out of the equation. Then you scale the business to market demand, and replicate that model going forward into areas where others are not, and capitalize on being the only player in town. The mom and pop delivery systems then become impaired and you become consolidator for nickels on a dollar. If SGMD can create any brand name equity, you let market demand become the force within and franchise the business. The balance of SGMD growing this and that should have been left to others. You simply create a favored nations clause with vendors that ensures SGMD will always have best price(s) based upon consumption. We are going to find out shortly, good or bad, if the rabbit is going to be pulled out of the hat. Jimmy can’t run anymore, he can’t hide, cards on the table. GLTA and sorry for the rambling on.
