I personally don't have any confidence this "CFO" is still working with/for Bitfrontier and/or Spencer. If they had gotten any closer to filing since that Mar tweet, why has there been no update to even say they submitted documents.

I hope Im wrong, but we dont even know who the CFO actually is, very common name and nobody has stepped up to identify with BFCH having that name. Love to be wrong, but I dont think we get any twitter or filing updates before June 30th or it would of happened by now.
