The Nevada SOS site says 325,000,000 authorized shares, so 3X dilution possible without a shareholder vote. The old President, Tyler Cornell, seems to be a scammer. The incoming, G. Reed Petersen, is 78 and lives in Utah. he is involved in many companies, many of which have Asian connections.
With the new FNRA regulations re: becoming pink current by September, this looks like a short-term pump and dump.
This is not a criticism of those invested; I am all in favor of everyone making money. I'm going to look elsewhere.
