TG5, NSAV/SBC is filing financials, so we should be fine with the OTC and ETrade. Better be, I have ETrade! I also expect we will have 30 days over .01 and with a little luck, be uplisted. Time will tell. It should be an interesting summer. Good to see you on the board. Look forward to your contributions.

The brokerages will all have to comply with the new SEC rules. Basically, the new rule is that brokerages won't be able to trade OTC Pink Stop except for selling. But if no one can buy them, being able to sell them is unlikely.
