Let's be clear. I support ZNOGs primary directive

I believe The management at ZNOG are doing the best they can.

With that said, it is primarily the shareholder that takes the risk. It is, to date, the long term faithful shareholder that has not been compensated for that risk. So, to see Management rewarded 1.2 Million shares while every shareholder is in a losing position on their investment is like a slap in the face and further dilutes the shareholder investment. Most of us would love 200k shares, but we have to steward our limited resources to obtain them.

How nice it would be to be handed the opportunity to cash in on 200k shares when the time is right.

I pray they do have honorable intentions because my faithful Father has a plan, and my faith shows the alternative is bleak ...
