#12049 RE: HulkInvestment #12041

There are a couple points to mention.

Greetings HulkInvestment,

I'd written this evening: "I've been a shareholder for 15 years - and I've done continuous and constant research DD."

Small point but just to keep it accurate, I've been an investor in CYIO since 2006 not 2011.

And in 2006 and 2007 CYIO showed great promise to be able to expand and grow considerably and with stable clients. But management at the time didn't stick to the goal and then missed their "window of opportunity".

And you stated CYIO is now becoming a major company ???? 4 nickels Hulk - 4 nickels.

You posted: "New developments are coming out every week. getting more exciting as times go on. I like the Crypto, NFT, cannabis side."

Already in late January I started mentioning how smart Helio/CYIO management was in reverse acquiring a foreign Crypto based operation as long as they were careful of attracting too much negative attention from "the Fed" and from the new Treasury Secretary Janet Yellin. At the time my concern was Cyio/Helio could "sneek in the back door" of Crypto/banking - but I was concerned if they expanded the Cannabis side of there could be some serious regulatory effects.

We are currently looking at some acquisitions of private companies - that are private on purpose - deliberately - because of Crypto/Cannabis/Banking issues. Already Congress has been having some regulatory commentary regarding what the FED and Sec. of Treasury have been saying. And remember - Helio is regulated/licensed by Australia - not the U.S..

If we become to public in grown and appearance - we will draw more attention we may not welcome - another reason for no name change. Think of my concern since January that we need to dance like a ballerina - not a heavy legged guy on the bar dance floor to rock and roll.

I'd also like to see a name change at the time of going to another exchange - but not before because there is already enough confusion.

By the way - wouldn't it be nice to know EXACTLY how many employees there are between CYIO and Helio ? I'd asked - no answer. There are too many guessing and from a couple things I read a while back - the number of Helio employees was not very many compared to what people were describing.

Oh - does anyone know what happened to Sam who was head of Marketing at Helio ?
