Govt should be held accountable for its actions during these four, going on five Presidential terms in office and c-ship.

What a travesty. Hopeful that SCOTUS will see this as a violation of c-ship terms and return all monies taken to the enterprises while making it their Opinion/Decision that Govt exceeded their authority.
