It's good! You're an enthusiastic investor. My guess is that you've been sitting on a shares egg that is pretty large and you feel like it is starting to get warm

I would welcome them blowing up and catching a 100Mil contract. That's 100Mil! Then go get another 100Mil.

After a few of those, before you know it you're talking a nice payday. My thinking is is they can pull 500Mil in revenues each year, that should translate to a nice share price. Let alone the 10Bil that you initially mentioned.

I own stock in a company right now that is closing in on 5Bil annual revenue, and their share price has been trading at or above $100 per share for a few years now. But the outstanding shares count for that one is about 163Mil, where MN is 120Mil. If they got 5Bil in revenues, I would like to think the s/p would be something comparable.

So here's to hoping for 500Mil for this year. ;)

Could you share just some of your DD that indicates these anticipated contract numbers are real? I've seen posts that you've shared that describe the value of the total manganese market but I've not seen the DD that indicates there's any link between the manganese market and their ability to fill the need. At one point today you were talking about 10 billion dollars that was in their future. You retracted your claim by 90% when asked to cite anything that supported that number. Can you support the reduced number of $100 - $200 million with some DD other than what Mr. Kepman told you was his "goal"? I have a "goal" to be a multi-millionaire but I'd have a hard time getting a bank to loan me a million dollars based on that goal at this point in my life.

You've also posted info on a conference that he will be attending to make a presentation. That same conference material that you posted included instructions on how one can get on that same agenda by submitting a very nominal fee. It was open to anyone. In other words, he wasn't invited. He essentially bought a "ticket" (for less than $100 if I remember correctly) and they're providing a microphone for that "price of admission". Both of us could have presented at the same conference to talk about our companies. I don't have a company but I can't be certain that they would have even checked to verify that.

You posted a link of an interview of the CEO, Mr Kepman. That too was a product made with payment of a nominal fee to have a video company "interview" him and provide a single copy of the video to him for his use. Again, both of us could have a video made by the same company who specialize in making these kinds of videos for a very small price.

I'm just curious what it is that makes you so convinced and excited about their having a place in this battery market. Sure there's a demand for manganese. What makes you believe they're even on anyone's radar who produces these "super batteries"? You seem to be basing it on the "goal" that Mr. Kepman shared with you today. Anticipating receipt of a $100 - $200 million dollar contract from this unnamed battery company is an extraordinarily significant amount of money for a company with such a low profile.

I'm not trying to make light of anyone or any thing. I just see a number of posts from you that offer little more than "Wow, I think this is a terrific enterprise that has a tremendous future with a share price that will appreciate much higher than its current value when the contracts start rolling in."

Is there any of your extensive DD that you can share that provides insight into Kepman's bio, his connection to past or current battery manufacturers, his current customer base, how much manganese they've produced or sold in the past, what type of earnings history they have, the number of employees, or ANY other material that could provide hard facts (rather than opinions) to make an evaluation of the company? I'm just looking for a morsel of info that demonstrate even a modest track record that would warrant someone awarding them a contract worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Surely all of your DD has some info that can make a better case for this company from a fundamental perspective. Can you please share anything a little more substantive with us? Thanks in advance.
