The filing of this sell of about 394k shares comes 2 years, to the day, from the filing day of shares being issued, in part as the result of some loans to the company.

It was a little surprising that the first of the three days these shares were being sold was also the day of the Jefferies Chat. Not that the Chat was particularly newsworthy. Not a single dollar of revenue from contingent sales was announced that day, not from HGEN, anyway.
