Some posts said investigation was going on with the company. What was investigated ? If the fake info problem is not resolved, how can we get off CE list ? We have no reason to ask SEC to take us off the CE list before the fake info is taken care of.
Please post your DD to prove that CCTL ever owned any Bitcoin and if Pillsworth can't trace cash the answer is simple neither ever existed and was used for pumping purposes only.
Pillsworth is far more responsible for this nonsense than Schaefer.
Why don't shareholders demand that Pillsworth provides the reason for the CE? Most act like they are scared to confront the failed CEO.
