I'm guessing it's all the anticipation for the oil report...

Low volume today....anyone have thoughts on that?

Rough balance found between the hype and hope of the oil test results and the hesitancy surrounding the yield sign and unknowns of the pending financials. I know there has been a lot of hope put out there surrounding the UK for a long time, and that has been renewed lately, but I’m still a little worried that the NHS co-opted the technology and is making HOCL in-house. The language they use is about reinvesting in their own system, which I’m struggling to reconcile with having an outside company involved.

The quiet before the storm! Often happens:

Kind of like the ocean water pulling back out to sea off the beach before a tsunami hits. I have so often seen over the many years a stock's volume dry way up just before a major move higher begins, penny stocks and otherwise, a very common thing. Doesn't mean it will happen here, but there is certainly enough going on that it very well could.

The chart and recent price/volume action would certainly support this as well. Either way, PCTL is a major global, growth play in the birthing! Don't be left behind!
